Over the years R.G.O.C has launched housing schemes, apartments, shopping plazas e.t.c and has been quite successful in delivering what promised to the valuable customers. Our past projects like, Gulashan-e-Omair, Moiz shopping plaza, prince complex, Zahid square e.t.c can be seen in our milestones achieved section. One of our mega project Green Valley has turned out to be the finest achievement so far. The housing scheme was announced approximately five yrs back and was all sold out in three days recorded time. Many of our customers were left un-satisfied when they couldn’t avail this opportunity of buying plots in Green Valley. To full fill our customer needs and satisfaction, the group announced phase one of green valley. Another mega project of rgoc.Delighted customers once again diverted to our real estate office and by the grace of Al-Mighty achieved what they deserved through us. After one yr of launching phase one the group was still not satisfied and launched phase two of green valley. Those customers, who for some reason couldn’t buy their dream plot in the past two projects, bought their favorite one in phase two.

Phase three was launched after couple of months and the group was astonished again by the response of our tremendous customers.Green Valley and its threes phases consisted of residential and commercial plots. The development work of green valley is under process and soon the alotees will be given their possession.
